This includes recreational and competitive youth players as well as, high school and collegiate athletes. Online player development programs bring elite coaching directly to you — anywhere in the world. With personalized training plans, video feedback, and one-on-one mentorship, players gain the tools, accountability, and insight to keep improving on and off the field.

Our coaching development program extends that same professional standard to coaches ready to elevate their craft. Our Vision and Leadership

Founded by Sam Fahsel, a dedicated coach with deep roots in Wisconsin and a Chilean heritage, Paradigm Sports Performance reflects years of experience leading high schools, clubs, and developmental soccer programs across the United States. Sam’s coaching journey has been defined by a passion for education, mentorship, and continuous growth. Holding United States Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches licenses, Sam leads Paradigm with a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. As we grow, our vision extends beyond soccer—expanding into the values needed to grow on and off the field.
